Beyond Training - Transformation
At KCCL we have discovered through experience that training isn’t enough! Real transformation is achieved when leaders have the opportunity to address their specific concerns and development needs. You cannot lead others if you can’t govern yourself! So we focus on Personal Leadership Effectiveness (PLE): The skill of leading and governing yourself to your full potential and desired level of authentic success.
We use a belnded learning approach including online learning, one-to-one and group coaching, and face-to-face training. We also use various psychometric assessment tools.
Our goal is to develop Principle-centred leaders equipped to achieve sustainable change and deliver results in their organisations.
We believe in Principled-centred leadership. Principle-centred leadership is about developing character.
It’s been said today we have a crisis of leadership. A 2017 Huffington post article spoke of the ‘Global Crisis of Leadership’ stating:
“Yes, leaders are a reflection of their time, and people the world over might have finally reached the breaking point.
Their cry for trusting, caring, and bold leadership echoes everywhere. We can only hope that such leaders will hear the people’s outcry and emerge to answer their desperate call.”
“Trusting, caring and bold leadership” is a matter of character. The good news is character can be developed.
We focus on developing leaders of character by increasing Personal Leadership Effectiveness (PLE) through application of Universal Principles.
Principles are an objective reality that transcends cultures and individuals, e.g. fairness, integrity, inclusion etc. Principles are different to values. Values, whilst equally important, are more subjective - they are individual. That's why family or organisational cultures can differ widely as Dr. Hogan of Hogan Assessments says:
"Values are the DNA of culture"

I was privileged to work with Felicia both in a group and on a one on one basis and both times were very rewarding. I recently had the pleasure of attending one of Felicia's conference workshops. Sometimes we attend conferences and forget what we learned.
