Andrew Linch – Executive Director

Andrew Linch is Kitch Consulting’s energy, construction and small business enterprise expert.
Andrew holds a Graduate Diploma in Management and is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (UK). He also holds City and Guilds qualifications in Mechanical Engineering Maintenance and Plumbing.
Andrew has over 20 years experience in managing and leading teams in a variety of environments, particularly engineering, manufacturing and construction. He uses this experience in developing high performing teams. He is also adept at leading during change; a skill that he honed during his time as a manager at Anglian Water in the U.K. and also George Fisher’s U.K.
Andrew is a United States Golf Teaching Federation (USGTF) qualified golf coach, and in his spare time coaches at Barbados Golf Club. His experience of sports coaching, particularly with corporate clients, brings a unique dimension to the executive coaching he undertakes as part of his work in developing leaders.
Andrew’s work experience includes being a former founder and Director of a successful plumbing and heating business in the U.K. This gave him practical experience of what it takes to start-up and run a small-medium sized enterprise; something that he uses in assisting his clients through the pitfalls of starting a business.
Andrew holds both British and Barbadian nationality and has held senior management positions in both the U.K. and the Caribbean. He integrates his management experience in both environments with his understanding of international management theory in his consulting and training activities.
Of the work of Kitch Consulting Andrew says:
“In my experience high performing teams are a product of strong leadership; strong leaders are those who know the theory, but can put it into practice”
